Co-author Jason Lavin is the President of The John R. Wooden Course, and the CEO and “Head Coach” of Golden Communications, a website design and digital marketing firm.

Jason is a coach, speaker, and CEO with more than 25 years of experience enhancing the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations.

The book Coach’Em Way Up captures Jason’s personal experiences in using the Pyramid of Success in his company and personal life.

Jason received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.

He lives in Newport Beach with his wife Brenda. Brenda and Jason have three kids in high school (Cole, Sheya and Jimmy).
